Genworth Financial is a holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. provides insurance, wealth management, investment and financial services to customers through three divisions: U.S. Life Insurance, Global Mortgage Insurance, and Corporate and Other. Under these divisions, there are six operating business segments: U.S. Life Insurance, which provides insurance and fixed annuity products; International Mortgage Insurance and U.S. Mortgage Insurance, which provide mortgage insurance products; International Protection, which provides protection coverages; Wealth Management, which manages a range of wealth management products; and Runoff, which includes products which are no longer sold.
